Was met by two delightful young ladies today in the adult side of your store. We had children's clothing to leave for consignment but saw no one on that side. We were told they were probably hiding in the back. We were then met by a very abrupt, rude young girl named Crystal. This being our first time, asked what the procedures were. Told to call in 60 days to see if there was a check. No other explanation. Looking at the tags I noticed intrevals of time and asked if garments were marked down and she said yes. Asked about picking up at the end of consignment were told "NO" we don't have pick ups. everything goes to shelter. We left WITH our clothes. Think you need to know how your employees represent your store. We had very nice clothing. Jacadi, Clothes from boutiques in Spain and Madrid, Janie & Jack,
