- Checks payable to Salem Lutheran Church and mail to: Salem Kidz Ministry Attn: Salem Summer Camp, 22601 Lutheran Church Road, Tomball, Texas 77377. Or money can be dropped off in a marked envelope at the Kidz Check-in Area at the Community Center on Sundays.
