Associates for Dental Health was established in 1973 and has been a member of the American Dental Association for over 35 years. ADH currently has two offices. One is located in Chicago, IL and the other is in Skokie, IL. We have three dentists: George W. Brent D.D.S., Sheldon A. Grabiner D.D.S., and Alicia S. Rubinstein.
