Reba Early Learning Center develops a love for learning in preschool children ages 2 through 5. We offer a safe and caring setting that respects each child, parent or guardian, and teacher. Our environment encourages all children to learn and grow in their own way and at their own pace to reach their maximum potential. Through our daily activities we promote discovery, learning and growth as individuals and as a community.

Trust
* Above all, our goal is to keep the children safe, both physically and emotionally.
* We know young children need consistent and predictable relationships with their teachers. We make every effort to keep children in the same groups throughout their time at RELC.

Families
* We work closely with parents because parents are the most important people in the lives of their children. Parents are their first teachers.

Learning
* We recognize the importance of learning during the early childhood years because we know that a preschool child's brain is at a critical stage of development.

* We develop a curriculum that is not only "play-based," it is "living-based" because children learn by everything they do.
* We help children develop inner control because we know that this will enable them to make appropriate decisions and choices.

* We communicate and work with Evanston District 65 and early childhood educators because we recognize the need for positive transition to kindergarten.
