My daughter attended a birthday party and they were to go with Pretty Pink Limos, the limo arrived to pick the girls up and then got a few blocks down the road and it broke down. The girls had to walk back to the house and the Mom was scrambling to make a party. The girls were so disappointed. The worst part was the owner of Pretty Pink Limos was RUDE and left a horrible message for the girls mom because she complained to the company. The owner made no attempt to make up for the ruined party or anything. Horrible customer service!!
